BW SiteManager is a special online tool that will make it easy for you to create and manage your own BW web site. It's been designed to be both simple to use, and to offer enough flexibility for you to tailor it to meet your needs.
You will be able to access and update your secure website from any internet connection using your own unique password. Updating and amending your site is simple (many of the tools are those found in Microsoft Word).
How
does it all work?
An Internet based system
The system is internet based, which means that you can access it through any web connection.
Passwords for security
It allows you to log into the system through a normal website login screen. The system will then authenticate your password and allow you to administer your secure web site.
Control of your site
Each member hotel can have two levels of access. Firstly, you can assign an overall administrator who will have full site management privileges. Then you can select colleagues or staff to be ‘basic authors', with restricted editing privileges.
Administering your site
The administration system is designed to mimic the actual site. This will make it easy for you to find your way around and edit or add to your web site.
Images on your site
The administration system allows you to control the look of your site. You can make selections from centralised themes and choose from a library of images. You are also be able to upload your own pictures if you would prefer. All your information that is currently stored by Best Western will be available for you to access and use.
The ‘links’ on your site
The system will set up the mandatory links for you automatically, and then allow you to choose optional links too.
Manual and Help
A manual is provided when you register, and will show you everything you need to know in a step-by-step manner. In addition, Best Western staff is available to assist with queries about SiteManager at any time.
